finchreport.com is operated by ClickMakers ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you submit. If you request a report, we collect the website URL and email address you enter, along with campaign parameters attached to your visit (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) and the page you arrived from.
- Analytics. We use analytics tools (loaded through Google Tag Manager) that set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.
How we use it
- To build and deliver the report you requested.
- To contact you about that report and about related services we offer. You can opt out of further email at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.
- To measure which of our marketing brought you here.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our infrastructure: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (tag management and analytics), and the internal tools that route your request to our team (n8n and Slack). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
About the reports themselves
Finch Reports are built from publicly available information, primarily published customer reviews. Reviews quoted in a report are already public and are attributed the way the source platform displays them. If a report references your business and you believe something in it is inaccurate, write to us at the address below and we will review it.
Retention and your choices
We keep submission records as long as we have a business reason to. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it: email reports@finchreport.com. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you specific privacy rights (for example California or the EU), we honor requests made under those laws through the same address.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
