finchreport.com is operated by ClickMakers ("we", "us"). By using this site or requesting a report, you agree to these terms.

The free report

The free Market Expansion Report is exactly that: free. We aim to deliver it within 24 hours, but we do not guarantee delivery or timing, and we may decline any request at our discretion (for example, when a business has too little public review data to analyze honestly).

What a report is, and is not

Reports are analysis and opinion based on publicly available information, primarily published customer reviews, prepared with care but without access to your internal data. Counts in a report describe the reviews we captured, and each report states its sources and their limits. A report is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and we make no promise about business outcomes from acting on it. You know your business; decisions and their results are yours.

Using your report

Your report is yours to use inside your business however you like. The Finch Report name, this site, our methodology descriptions, and our published specimen reports remain ours; do not republish them as your own.

Published specimen reports

Some reports on this site analyze companies using their public review data, the same way an equity analyst writes about a public company. If such a report references your business and you believe something in it is factually wrong, email us and we will review it and correct what does not hold up: reports@finchreport.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit information you have no right to share, to scrape or republish its content at scale, or to interfere with its operation.

Liability

The site and all reports are provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or any report, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If we change these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
